My husband and I were at the Avon Lowes today looking for a washer and dryer. We were helped by a gentleman named Larry he was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Larry
We bought a mower over a week ago and it originally was supposed to be delivered last Sunday. We got a call the day we ordered it and they said the mower would not be delivered until Friday (today) . They said we would get an email or a phone call to give us a time frame for delivery. Well no email and no call. My husband was finally able to talk with someone at 11 and they said the truck was being loaded right then. Finally at 2 pm my husband called the delivery mgr to find out what was going on. I HATE leaving bad reviews but I feel like this deserves one. My husband bought a mower on Monday to get it home and it not start. Called on Tuesday and spoke to a "manager" that informed me that he would send someone out the following day to check it out. I never received a call the next day and when I called to ask about it there was NOTHING saying anyone was supposed to come out at all. My husband is currently on his way there to talk to someone. Zack and if I remember right Anthony made my day with the privacy fence. Kudos to these two outstanding young men. The customer service was fabulous. Just confirmed why I continue to shop LOWES. AWESOME JOB. The politeness, courtesy and professionalism is hard to find in young men their age these, two employees to be very proud of.
4.29.18 - Sent to this location from another to complete the fulfillment of my online order. Manager Corey refused to complete my order due to price (already paid for online), and even after knowing I was coming to pickup as the other location called to inform him. Very horrible and upsetting experience. Corey stated that he was OK with LOWES losing me as a customer because of this. Extremely disappointing!! I would like to hear back from DSM and or someone from Corporate.
I stopped in to look at the tree selection and found a small space sectioned off that read "Duck Nest"... Sure enough, she was there nestled in among the arborvidaes. It was a small gesture to a gentle animal. You didn't have to, but you did. Not much else to say other than well done Lowe's of Avon. Well done.
Friendly associates helped me getting items from an upper shelf. Cashier was very pleasant!
