Dear Lowes, Your customer service is poor. We were in the store for over 45 min before we got help. We couldn't find anyone to get help. Finally when we got help we was very nice, but why do I have to wait so long when the store wasn't busy (thursday night @5:30) Upon check out your cashier didn't want to be bothered. We requested help loading &after waiting 10 min we loaded our tub and toliet by ourselves. While we like your products I much prefer home depot customer service and prefer to go there bc of it.
