I have NEVER purchased a large appliance from a store and not have them tell me when it is being delivered - just get phone calls the night prior from the delivery company telling me it's coming. Called the store numerous times to speak to a store manager and no one was ever there (called different times as well). Told me to leave a message. I told them the message is this is why I shop at Home Depot.
If I could leave no stars I would - like their web site. GO TO LOWE'S WEB SITE AND SEE THE HORROR STORIES!!!!! I'm doing a kitchen renovation, it should take 5 or 6 weeks. We're now going into the 3rd month!!! THEY HAVE TO ORDER CABINETS FOR THE 4TH TIME!!!! My complaints are a mile long - EVERY DELIVERY WAS SCREWED UP!!!!! THEY'RE TRYING TO STEAL $1000 ON MY AMERICAN EXPRESS (THANKFULLY AMEX IS STANDING BY ME). Left after ringing the bell which pages did Service 4 Times, which never came. Then my husband & I divided to find a manager...the person he found said he would send somebody over...the person I found called around to then let me know the only person working Is on break�left & went to Home Depot where Service was fabulous and instant. Done with Lowe’s.
I went to the Lowe's in Oaks PA, cash in hand to purchase a freezer and didn't get helped for 20 minutes. I asked 2 people one who paged the appliance staff member. Both went to go find someone to help and didn't return. Someone came back after 20 minutes to say someone else will be back in a little bit. Needless to say I left without a freezer because the last thing I wan to do on my one day off after a long work week is to wait at Lowe's.
They where very nice to me!! They help me with everything I need!!
Zero stars! On line the refrigerator was in stock, get there to buy and none in stock. Waited 6 days to get it delivered and delivery ppl tried to cancel it. Said they were in Phila. 1 hour away. After insisting we needed it, they arrive within 30 min., Lied! They delivered it, plugged it in and that's all they did. Hinges were to be switched to the left side. Didn't do that. Can you guys please figure out your propaine exchange procedures. I go into the store to get a propaine exchange and was told to wait outside by the tanks. No one ever came out. This happens all the time. I had to flag a worker down and didnt seem happy to help.
