I don’t know if you’re cutting back on help, but in your outdoor garden department you have 4 registers but only one open. 9 people in line with carts full, quite a wait. Not enough carts. I had to wait and follow a customer to his car so I could get a cart for my 15 bags of mulch. You need more carts. I looked all over and nothing inside or out side. Thanks

Don't ever plan a project around dates given by Lowe's. Fully expect that whatever you order will not actually be functional and in your possession for at least 2 months after the date they give you. This is because the first order won't be completed correctly by the sales person, so it won't be at the store by the first pickup time. Then, the MOD will special order it incorrectly, so it won't be there for the 2nd pickup date. I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes, I found them to be the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. 3 months total time. Repairs, 3 companies 6 visits, to determine they won't fix it. They finally agreed to buy out. I went to Oaks purchased a new refrigerator. promise a Wednesday delivery, only to be told on Wednesday they could not deliver (damage) product. rescheduled for Friday, called Friday can't deliver, on the wrong truck, now hopefully Saturday. this entire story has taken 3 months and still going. I want to thank Travis the store manager for the very professional handling of my recent warranty issues on a Maytag refrigerator I purchased which had a compressor failure after only 14 months. Luckily, I had the 5 yr protection plan which covered a lot of my loss plus repairs, and compensated me for inconvenience. Lowes is FIRST CLASS.

Absolutely do not use Lowe's in Oaks, PA for window installation. Our salesman Ricardo assured us that the installation team was experienced and professional. The installers rushed through the job, dented several walls and window sills, we found large shards of glass in our bedroom and our newborn's nursery, left marks and dirt on the walls, the windows themselves were not clean, and the the foam insulation for our sliding door is fully exposed. I go into Lowe’s Oaks, Pa, a lot. However, the lumber isle is always closed and blocked off. I started keeping count and literally 7 times in a row I go over during my lunch break or before work and it has been closed. Half the time the crew restocking are standing there talking and moving like snails. I think the night crew needs to do a better job of stocking lumber so it isn’t always closed during the day. I’ve given up and go to Home Depot for lumber now.
