I love this store. Employees are very helpful. Exhanges and returns are easy. This store is clean and displays are complete.
The people working in your paint department are the worst I've ever seen. I'll never shop at your location because of them. They told me my idea was stupid for a particular paint I was putting on my cabinets, even though they had no experience with that paint. Had my husband been standing next to me, guaranteed they would never have made that comment. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with your male workers acting like females are clueless. Rediculous.
First oven that was delivered did not work properly. They also damaged the walls. The 2nd one delivered the warmer drawer was over its track. We scheduled a time to have it fixed and they don't show but they do call. The service person can't come because it is getting late. They stated they weren't sure if needs to be replaced or fixed. Now they say they are going to look at it on Sunday. Poor service.
Thanks SO much to Symone Oneal, Kamiesha Ball and Store Manager Melissa! They all went above and beyond with Customer Service. Definitely went the extra mile!
