Just tried to buy a electric range. 1st and last time I will buy anything from Lowe’s. Poor customer service, product, and delivery time. Lowe's 3rd party delivery for appliances in the Oaks, PA store is the worse! Barb Taylor is that store's manager. Just had a really bad experience with them causing me and my boyfriend to miss a day of work and still no installation or haul away of my old appliances. XPO Logistics is the 3rd party delivery and has 472 complaints on BBB! This place has horrible customer service. Spend your time and money elsewhere. They helped me pick out blinds for a bathroom window. Ended up being wrong size despite me telling them the width and length I needed. Took item back for exchange and was told NO! So like I said, take your business to another Lowe’s or Home Depot.

What should have been a simple dryer delivery and install has resulted in 2 days lost from work. First attempt on Dec 23, dryer was missing a foot. Sales rep says I should pick up the part at the store because the driver might lose such a small part. I pick up the part at 09:00 am. Waiting for my 10-2 window. Getting late, I call them and I’m told the driver was told by Lowe’s they have no part for me and they cancel the service call. Absolutely dissatisfied with Lowe’s in Oaks! Can’t get through on the phone either!
Place an online order expecting it to be ready only to find employees just standing around talking playing on their phone. The item could’ve easily been picked up by another customer and sold out. Complete joke of customer service.
Zero customer service. Dropped $600 today at this location with no help with questions or anything. Just wandered the store looking for a flat bed cart, and lugged 10 boxes of flooring off the shelf to the register and into my car. No employees were anywhere to be found. Thank goodness for Google which answered all our questions - where are your employees at? Especially in the flooring section. We will stick to Home Depot from now on.
