I purchased a garage door opener and install JUne 2015..I was told by the assistant manager that Genie would need to handle and reimburse for any money out of pocket…well that was a great way to get rid of me…because Genie wont cover any amount, not the original machine, not the install that lowes did, not the new machine I had to buy or the new installation.
