Victor, in the garden shop in the Ft Myers location is 1 of the worst customer service workers I have met in a long time. Refused to assist me with lifting mulch bags and rock. Stated he was sick. When I suggested that perhaps he should go home he told me that unless I was paying his bills I needed to mind my own business...I was, I was trying to get customer assistance. Avoid this garden location if you need any assistance. All you will get is rudeness
Absolute horrible experience, my family ordered our cabinetry from Lowe’s, instead of sending us an island cabinet, they sent us some sort of vanity which got installed. Instead of doing the right thing they simply try to blame everybody else for their problems. The manager Floyd and Christina from the cabinetry department were no help at all, I am still fighting with them just to get the parts that were never sent out. Buyer beware do not I repeat do not buy your cabinetry from Lowe’s, especially this one in Fort Myers
I just posted a very positive recommendation. While I marked down one star because it is so hard to reach anyone at this location by phone, everything else was WONDERFUL. Ami in Customer Service, Douglas and Peter in Delivery made sure our order was right and ironed out any possible complications SAME DAY. It is rare to find people with such initiative and positive can-do attitudes. We will continue to support this location and to praise this kind of excellent service.
Kudos to Jodi from customer service! She is a real asset to your store! She went above and beyond helping us to get our blinds even though it wasn’t her dept. when the local store didn’t have enough of the right product, she had them delivered from the Naples store. She called us, to let us know they were in and had them sized perfectly! Jodi is polite, professional , and a truly lovely young woman. We loved dealing with her.
