Extremely disappointed at the “curb side” pickup, here. Pulled in at 3:30pm on Apr 22. The person attending the station tried her best to avoid me, by burying her face I her cell phone. When I made myself known to her, she never got off her butt, and made me yell my confirmation number and name. Then when my items were brought out, she couldn’t bother greeting me. Still talking on her phone, simply shoved a clipboard at me, to sign my acceptance. Easiest job in the store and she failed fantastically.
Communicate changes in delivery status. We paid for a stove on the 11th and Lowe's advised us it would be delivered Saturday the 14th. Needless to say 2 days later and still no stove nor a phone call text or email. I've called numerous times to be transferred hung up on and still no resolution. By far the worst purchasing experience.

45 minute wait to pickup an online order, dryer was sold out from under me, 4 hours later they called me to pickup at another store. Supposed to get a 100.00 inconvience fee, but it has appeared yet. I do not recommend Lowes.
got a tool box for christmas, the keys to lock it will lock the bottom box but not the top. was told I can return it or deal with it.....lovely customer service!
Zero stars for this store and their incompetent staff! My fiancé and I purchased a Samsung dryer here on 12/7/2019 and originally were told it could be delivered to our house in 5 days, the sales associate, Bill seemed confused and then said 12/16/2019 would be the delivery day. We were disappointed with that, but oh well, we were understanding because it's a popular dryer.
