Usually my go to place. Went today to buy a steel door for the side of my garage, and a screen security for my front door. Some things were priced most were not. Definitely not what I was looking at. Tried to find someone to help for 20 Minutes to no avail, even went to customer service desk, waited over 10 minutes. Yes they were helping other customers, but ten minutes after that when I left the store empty handed, those same customers were still there not having checked out yet. Up until last night my experience with Lowe's has been great. It was not the company, but their appliance salesman Bob B at the Gladiolus store. He didn't acknowledge us for about 15 minutes and then when did, he was very rude. We ended up leaving because of his attitude. Today I went to your store on Six Mile Cypress and the salesman Curt was awesome, I bought the dryer I was looking at last night.
The people lied . Made matters worse , better to admit you made a mistake . That you forgot to put it on the truck than to tell me it haven't arrived from the Naples store . Then yo give me a hard time about me wanting to pick it up in Naples since I was in the area .
Had what I needed usually they do love doing business here!!
To Lowe's store at 14960 gladiolus and us 41: This is to warn the public not to do fence business as they promise things that code won't permit. I was told by sales person Jeff Kinkle he could close the gap in my neighbors and my fence . This is a lie. Then I called Lowe's and they said they had this problem before but continue to employ this Jeff Kinkle . They said I could fix it at my own expense after the code department approved the job!!! Thanks so much to Doug your Service Manager! I had a mix up today while trying to order kitchen cabinet door handles online!! I was having a very confusing issue with UPC codes and the handles not matching! I gave up and went to the store! In a few short minutes Doug had the situation figured out and counted out my new beautiful handles and even walked me to the cashier! Wow! Customer service at it's best! Thanks again Doug!!!
