I can never get any help at the Lancaster store, Wasted another 30 minutes there today looking for a part to repair my faucet, i finally find a young lady clerk who probably knew nothing about plumbing. She told where to find a book to look up my part number. I finally found the book but then the numbers in the book didn't match any of the parts I could find. And the parts were so high that I could barely read the numbers or reach them. Being handicapped on with a cane it became an impossible situation. And nobody was there ... read more
