This place likes to offer people a position within this store, and then rescind their offer. They blame it on Corporate and Corporate blames it on the store. SMH!!!
Don't get anything delivered. Honestly, I've had about enough. If the order wouldn't have been a housewarming gift and It was my money, I'd have cancelled it and gone to Home Depot. Anyways, I ordered a fridge, they said it would be delivered a few days later. The day came, they called around 9am saying they'd be there between 3 & 5pm. They never showed. I called and raised hell, they rescheduled the delivery for another day. Well, that day came, they called at 8am said they'd be there between 2&3, and didn't show. AGAIN.
Always have what we are looking for and very helpful!
I bought a dishwasher from them almost a week ago. I paid $150 for delivery and installation I haven't even heard from the installers yet and when I call customer service says they can't get in touch with them. I'm disappointed I've always liked lowes before but I don't see myself shopping there again.
It would have been 5 stars if there had been enough registers open over by lumber. We waited forever, and when my husband when to find another associate they walked so slowly over to the register as if we were wasting her time. But all the plumbing associates were very helpful with us picking out our new water heater and the parts we would need to install it. Wish there would have been a bigger selection in water heaters, which is why i took off another star.
My husband and I have been shopping for countertops and getting quotes. We really wanted the Lowes quote and visited at least 4 times . Not once was there one associate able to help us, not one person available in the entire kitchen area. Such a shame for a decently stocked store. They lost a potential $3500 sale.
