A big store that still has helpful,available and knowledgeable help
Bought and paid for a washer, dryer and dishwasher on Monday evening, made arrangements to pick next morning....went in, waited an hour for them to locate washer/dryer. ....then was told...THEY SOLD the dishwasher THAT I PAID FOR...only offered me 10% off of the scratched, dented floor Model...... SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!
I want to give a 5 star review to Jerry McHale who had done a fantastic job in helping my wife and me complete the installation of our US MARBLE VANITY TOP. Jerry was always friendly, helpful and positive with every detail of our experience at the Rohrerstown Road, Lancaster, PA Lowes. I highly recommend contacting Jerry for any of your needs if you are considering anything to do with his department which is plumbing. My order of several Pella 350 replacement windows had a mistake. When the windows arrived and I discovered the problem, I presented it to Lowe's millwork staff. They took over the total problem without questions or arguments and re-ordered the windows correctly. It was a VERY significant order, and I am HUGELY impressed with their customer service. They get rave reviews from me.
