DO NOT purchase appliances from Lowe’s....especially this particular Lowe’s. We purchased a dishwasher to be delivered and installed. It was a complete debacle that they have yet to fix. The store manager was apathetic and showed no desire to fix the situation. “They don’t work with the installation department.” The communication between the different departments in this company is pitiful. I have been a long time customer of Lowe’s....no longer.
I cant believe how this store treats military vets . Calling them liars and disrespecting there integrity. They don't deliver on their word and will not own up to there mistakes. They can not be trusted on their sales and delivery of products . The management is conniving and will tell you lies. The Rohrstown store employees are rude and uneducated on the stores polices. Buyer beware of the Rohrstown store and their team . I will no longer support any lowes and you should be careful with them also .
Do not buy any Samsung Washer or Dryer. My dryer died after 3 months👹. Will not replace,Samsung said they would try to fix it..... Update you all on this as it happens. Not happy,
