Great service and great advice
- purchased a washing machine about a year and a half ago. We also purchased the extended warranty. Started having problems about 5 weeks ago. Repair man has been out to the house 4 times. Last time about a week ago said he had to order more parts. Didn't hear back so we called. Apparently the warranty company decided they wouldn't be fixing it but replacing it with a new one. here is no respect for the customer, the consumer is the one that has to pay for the mistakes of your company. we placed an order for a grill at a price that was advertised on your website. After a couple of days i called and they said that they had to return it to the store and that they couldn't provide me any answer. 3 days later i had to call again to see what happened with my grill and they said you guys had made a mistake.
