I tried exchanging a kobalt battery combo kit with Kelly the manager at Lowe’s in Bakersfield. Battery value $140 it was a gift for my birthday since I had purchased the kobalt combo tool kit for around $300. The batteries came out faulty and don’t hold a charge. Lowe’s refused to exchange, credit, or even store credit since I did not have a receipt. Again it was a gift. They told me the person that bought it had to go. I use the electric cart as I am disabled.It is fully charged as opposed to the other store in san jose where it was dead
I really enjoy shopping here. The employees are SO helpful especially in the gardening department. I needed help loading into my car and the employee who helped was extra careful. Thanks Lowes for having attentive and extraordinary employees.
