DO NOT EVER USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! NEXT DAY HAHA! TRY 3 WEEKS AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO DELIVER... ALSO HOPE YOU DONT HAVE A JOB BECAUSE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO STAY HOME ALL DAY AND WAIT. DFI LOGISTICS IS THE CURRENT COMPANY THEY ARE USING AND THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!!!! LOWES CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN NICE BUT THEY SAY IT IS OUT OF THEIR HANDS??

I ordered an electric oven on the 17 of Nov. Received email that stated it would be delivered on Dec. 1st. No oven delivered. Called customer care, they said they changed the delivery date on the 18th of Nov. to the 7th of Dec. no one called or emailed to let me know. They called me on the 4th of Dec. to say it would not be delivered on the 7th but would it be ok to deliver on the 8th, I said ok. Still no oven.... I called this evening and canceled the order........
