They’re good friendly service. A lot of customers are coming up here for special Father Day sales.
1 cashier and 2 of 4 self checkouts open. After waiting about 20 minutes in a huge line, the cashier tells me the evaporative cooler I’m trying to but has the wrong SKU. Of course she can’t look it up and finally finds someone to go back to the aisle where it was. A few more minutes and I finally look up the correct cooler on my phone. They do not care abt delv. They don't tell u its a 3rd party and frankly Charlotte..they dont give a damn. Very rude staff. Ill informed t put it mildly.
Dear Lowes, It has been 28 days since I called for a repair on my new dishwasher that I purchased from you. There have been 2 days that I have taken off from work to be home for the repairman. Both days no one showed up. The manufacturer simply will not send someone out. I respectfully request that you please be my advocate and get someone out to repair my new $900.00 dishwasher, You must sell a lot of these appliances and obviously they will not respond to me. Actually I wouldn’t give it a 1�. We ordered custom mirrored closet doors two 1/2 weeks ago. They came in earlier this week. Hubby’s off today so he thought he would install them only to find that the doors are too short. Not what we ordered! So he takes the doors back and goes to the returns desk and they call the guy up that we placed the order with.
