I ordered a fridge, dishwasher,washer and dryer. All were given set delivery dates to make a long story short everything was delayed over a month causing me major inconvenience.. calling so many times no one knows anything no one can transfer me and it mostly ends with me getting hung up on.. many many times I have come by and no one could help me.. oh and dishwasher was delivered 3 times two times it had major dents..
Don't bother going into the store and try to order anything. Everyone's always on lunch and managers aren't helpful
Do they have a zero rating? Every time I have had an applicance delivered they have screwed it up. I just bought a fridge and the delivery guy showed up 2.5 hours early to no one here for his delivery. Did not leave a message or come back during the delivery window, and we stayed at the shop in 106 degree heat to wait during the delivery window to someone not showing up. Was there today to buy a dishwasher. After 20 minutes in the appliance dept not 1 person came by to see if they could help, or, get some help for me. Didn't see anyone walk by to stop & ask..so..this Weekend I'll go to Urners or Sears to by it. Lowes, your customer service stinks!
