Tim, in flooring was excellent. His customer service skills were impeccable. He was knowledgeable, patient and gave me solid advice. Felt very comfortable in asking a lot of questions..the man knows his stuff and shared things I never would have known before. Kudos for having such a great employee employed at your store!
If you want to pay for a service (carpet install) and then never hear back from the store this is the place to shop. You will enjoy it even more if you like when associates scream at you and treat you like a child and refuse to release items you have paid for "I will give it to you when I am told to give it to you". Hands down the worst shopping experience of my life (Stretched over 4 weeks and three visits).
