Except there delivering! They did get the order to me But it took three extra days
Worst customer service ever. Salesman assured me the delivery people would move my current refrigerator to the basement. Delivery men refused when they showed up. Called the manager at the store and she was no help at all and was very rude. Would not stand behind what I was specifically told. I had to refuse the delivery of the new refrigerator.
Purchased a lawn mower for delivery on monday. I was given a delivery window from 12-2. At 1:50, received a call from a call center asking how our delivery experience was. We still had not received our tractor! At 2:05, received a call the delivery man was just leaving the store. He showed up at 225, leaving the box from the mulch kit on top the unit, making us think the kit wasn't installed as it was promised. Horrible Customer service, and cashier was really STUPID and ignorant, nothing like Home Depot.
Wouldn't give a retired vet a military discount - on memorial weekend no less. Disgrace to America! �

Seriously! Lowe's would not give a 92 year old man with his navy card a military discount. Shameful. I will never shop here again. Story shared on my timeline.
Only this store can turn the purchase of a microwave oven into a two month long baffling ordeal. Lost orders, delivery of defective merchandise, rude assistant managers, nice job!!! We've been paying interest for six weeks on a microwave that still hasn't been installed successfully.
