I am so disgusted with Lowe’s right now i am almost ready to cancel my order and go to hone depot!!!!!!! Horrible service and try even getting to speak someone over the phone in the store is impossible!!!!
Had a $4,400 window installation done and the job was totally botched. The windows and moulding are uneven with 3/4'' gaps on the exterior walls where the insulation is visible and rain water is dropping in. Customer service at the branch, Orchard Park NY no.1882, has been terrible and the manager refuses to speak to me about the situation. I have called the project coordinator several times with no resolution. Lowe's can improve by taking care of their customers.
Had them do $4,000 in blinds at my new home...blinds were ordered in January. It is almost may and they are not finished properly yet...had to reorder parts waited a month they sent the wrong ones again...now I am another month from hopefully getting the right ones...I will never do business with this branch again awful service
If a problem comes up with a product, they will simply refer you to the manufacturer instead of taking care of it. Couldn’t be more disappointed with the way they treat customers.
The ladies were wonderful in the cabinet department.
Purchased a hot water tank 6 months ago. The tank started leaking, called the manufacture was given a replacement id number. Told to take this number to Lowes. And they would supply me with a new tank free of charge. When I gave the Number to Lowes service desk, the manager told me I have to return the old tank first. I did so and was charged $35.00 more for the replacement tank. Manager told me this is the store policy. Will not be doing business in future.
This was the Hamburg store! So rude when you getting help in plumbing cause you need to by a toilet and the guy says he has to go somewhere cause he’s the only one in plumbing. And waited 30 minutes for him to come back and doesn’t! I’ll take my money elsewhere. Very rude
