i have been trying to exchange a dishwasher since August 29, 2019 that i spent $916.37. dishwasher does not work. Put over 83 hours of my time trying to exchange. They are all willing for you to spend your money, but they screw ya. Horrible experience overall, we went in to buy a dish washer. The two workers in appliances couldn't stop talking long enough to sell us what we went in for. My wife and I decided we still really wanted this product so we purchased it from the Lowe's website. A few days passed and we heard nothing about this purchase. Last night at 7pm we got a call l that it would be delivered this morning when we would be at work. Sales associate in appliances promised that old refrigerator in kitchen would be moved to garage and the refrigerator in garage would be taken away. Delivery guys showed up and explained that they are not allowed to do that due to liability issues. New refrigerator that I bought was damaged with two big dents on the side. Returned the refrigerator and will shop somewhere else for my appliances from now on.
My husband is law enforcement who puts his life on the line daily. Lowe's will not give law enforcement discount, only military. While I agree that they should give the military discount, why not do for law enforcement? Do you realize there are more LEO's who suffer from PTSD and suicide rates are rising among police officers? They put life on the line daily for for their county, many who work 30+ years in the field!
The manager would not price match for an item sold by Amazon as stated in Lowe’s price match policy.

I have been going back and forth with this store for 2 months. A few years ago we had Lowe’s install a front door. Now the door is splitting but because there’s no manufacturing label on the door they “can’t do anything to help” I’ve spoken to 2 managers who have not called back and told me again “there’s nothing we can do”. Ironically they can’t pull up the purchase or install records from anything more than two years back? Terrible customer service. I wish it wasn’t so close to home and convenient to go to.
