I ordered something online for me to pick up. I received the email that my order was ready. A couple days later I went to go pick it up. I expected it to actually be ready. I waited for well over an hour because they lost it and could not find it. Horrible customer service, lack of communication and organization.
No one answers phone for customer service . Workers give misinformation on orders placed . The email on this website returned my email that I sent about my concerns with my order saying the email is unavailable !!! Where is the customer service with this store ???? Don’t offer services you obviously are incapable of providing . Your competitors do a much better job with these services!
bought composite decking on may 12 set delivery for 30th only 1/2 order delivered. lowes called june 5th said rest to delivered sat the 6st never showed up. then told it will be delivered on tues june 9th again not delivered and no calls telling me that it was delayed.
I cannot get a hold of anyone. Paid extra for delivery and also paid for 2 business day shipping then when I complete the order they tell me delivery may be delayed. A company with good customer service would contact you and schedule delivery within 2 business days, even if it is scheduled after the promise date you know it's coming. Stop allowing customers without face covering into your store. Even though it's a state mandate, at least 25% of the customers I saw in the store on April 20,2020, were shopping without any type of face cover
Don't offer services that you can't perform. Order placed 4/11 Supposed to be 2 day shipping. Now April 22 still no indication it has shipped and can't find a way to get any info from Lowes
A Lowe's delivery truck tried to turn around and got onto my son's front lawn tearing it up pretty good . Rather than have a landscape company re do it . We worked out a deal for some topsoil . A complimentary pallet was delivered. We were satisfied with deal we got . Stand up company !
