If you go to Lowes in Olive Branch don't expect to get your 10% military discount if you spend over 100.00 because they don't have enough staff to approve "their code 1". Every time without fail it takes more than 2 request for this to get approved. Today 7 pages for assistance 1 being to Brian the manager on duty and I gave up and requested the cashier to void it so the 3 people behind me in line did not have to wait any longer. To my veterans go some other place to get your discount not this Lowes.

Stay out of this store if you're looking for customer service. Worst part was the cavaler attitude of the manager. This srore has gone down hill fast. Looks like Home Depot was won my loyalty back.
Best Lowe's! Worth the drive just to give them my business anytime.
