4 times I called and different people told me they would call back. still waiting
I don't leave reviews. As a disabled veteran I've never had a problem at any Lowe's or other retailer about my veteran discount. This place wanted me to "register" my veteran status with them. Veteran on my state driver's license and my VA medical picture identification wasn't good enough. I am NOT registering my card with ANY retailer, especially with Home Depot around the block. No more Lowes for me!!
I just placed an order for a simple leaf blower and just received an email that April 24th is estimated ship date?!?! Are you kidding me, 24 days to ship?!?! It's not a custom out of stock order just a leaf blower. And you wonder why Amazon is taking over. Screw that. I need it now, not next month
I do not typically leave reviews unless they are good.. I am a customer relations manager so i know how bad reviews can effect a company. However I am really fed up with this store. Last week went to purchase a dryer. We went to the Appliance section where plenty of people walking around with Lowe's vest on but nobody would help. We were there a good 15 min looking and plenty of employees saw us but when eye contact was made they turned and walked away. We left and bought the dryer in Collierville. Today went to buy a heater in OB. Again no help. After an employee ended a personal call. Asked her where the heaters were, she flipped her hand toward a row, and turned and walked away...no help AND the heat... read more
This store has horrible customer service. I went there and asked if they had another water filter for sale because the one they had left for sale was open. Was told by the rep Kendall that "You can still use it. People like to open the water filters to see if it is the right one." Like a rational person purchases an open water filter. He told me I could just go to another store, which I did. Home Depot is right down the street, not an inconvenience to go and I got good customer service.
Even though I live in Memphis, I visit this location most never having a bad experience. Friday almost changed that for me. I ordered a faucet and drain online to be delivered here rather than my home. I was transferred multiple times, placed on hold, and disconnected until I finally asked for the manager. Ryan stayed on the phone with me 30 minutes trying to locate my order which is shipping after the promised delivery date. After being on the phone with him a long time, offered to call me back.
