I have been trying to be patient and also trying to get an order placed online Saturday. I have tried calling multiple times and it gives options of press 1 for this, 2 for that etc but it keeps repeating the options and playing hold music ... never goes through. I cant go in store due to the pandemic and cannot get anyone to respond to me regarding my order. my money is tied up and I cant get resolution or my product....
I love Lowes. In fact love them so much I just tried to help you by posting on facebook that you all need phone helpers since I spent 30 minutes holding and then the automated answerer tried sending me to every dedpartment and never got an answer. But we love ya.Stay safe.
Had the items I wanted...
Poor management! One cashier for outside garden on a beautiful Sunday afternoon!! Was here yesterday and they had one cashier inside! Not sure who is making decisions at this store! Maybe Home Depot is doing better 🤷🏼♂️
It’s definitely not good business practice to sell appliances and not be able to find them! Bought and paid for them April 7 and they can’t find them! WOW! That’s all I can say after now standing here for two hours!
