The delivery team from Lowe's OB is awesome. They called me in enough time for me to come home from work & meet them, they got my refrigerator inside and hooked up in 15 minutes. They were friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the delivery.
I have been an dedicated Lowe's shopper for over 15 years. Today, because the level of support in this store has dropped so significantly, I was forced to go to a competitor. Several customers in the store were openly discussing how the customer service levels in this location have recently declined. Clearly there were not enough staff on hand tonight to even meet minimal customer volume. And the staff that were present were either stressed or doing absolutely nothing. The employees at the Olive Branch store are very courteous and friendly and always willing to help. Marshall at that store needs to be given the Employee Of The Year award! He went over and above what he needed to do to help me with a problem I had with a patio table. Thank you Marshall!
The Lowes in Southaven has great mark downs....O.B. All 3/4 dead.
