It took 3 days for the store in Olive Branch to pick an online order for two items, light bulbs and a spray sealer. The only reason it was ready on the third day was because I called and told them I would cancel the order if it wasn’t ready that day. The only time I come to blows in Olive branch Mississippi has been home depot does not have what I want every time I come lowes there's 1 or 2 checkers and lines 10 deep

Customer service sucks. They do not answer their phones so when I drive all the way there, there is no one there who can help me!
Lowe's delivery department does not know how to communicate with customers. I bought a riding lawn mower on May 22, 2020. They told me they couldn't deliver it until the 30th. Then called me on the 29th and told me my mower had not been assembled and the assembly team wouldn't be returning until that Monday. Therefore my mower would be delivered on Tuesday. only 2 registers open. about 30 people in line, very slow. neither here or Southaven wood cutters work. Cannot look up by location here in OB. Southaven is a lot cleaner and organized compared to this store

I tried for 3 hours to get through to the Olive Branch, MS store....no one answered the phone. I tried the next morning 1st thing when I figured they wouldn't be busy. I was trying to order a freezer and had some questions. The person in the Olive Branch store was so rude and told me they didn't have any!
