May as well go to Menards or drive to the Gurnee location where they appreciate your business. The worst customer service around, even worse than Menards. Congratulations on that. I worked as an ASM for Lowe's and this is not the culture other stores practice.
Worst Customer service EVER. Cannot get a straight answer it all sounds like a story they are making up as they go along.
I want to thank you guys for being the most incompetent worthless store for home improvements. After calling you to make sure you had the glass panels i needed i drove up to purchase all i could get. 100% of what i needed was broken. 13 mph was spent and an hour of my time to not buy something. Fire that Dept manager and get someone who can take responsibility. And you wonder how menards is kicking your ass.
Just purchased a garage door & opener. They were out the next business day to take the measurements. Installation was today, & it was very professional. The gentlemen were very friendly, courteous & answered all my questions. I am definitely going back to Lowes for any home improvements.
Really nice store! Place to go when you move to new location & they do a 10% military discount!
