Had a problem with a delivery. When I called and spoke to the store manager I was given a promise that was not followed through on. Not only was this store not able to communicate problems with delivery, but the store manager lied to me about remedying the situation. I will be moving my business to Menards and Home Depot!!

I would actually choose no stars! Delivery time of 2:30-4:30p.m today, and it is 6:35p.m. with still no delivery! Horrible customer service as well. Excuses and lies in regards to the shipment being en-route. Lowes is literally 5 minutes from the job site with heavy traffic. Never again!
I can’t seem to figure out why I keep coming back when I get the same shitty service every time � I always place an online order to avoid any confusion... and I have YET to show up and have my order ready and pulled. Beyond frustrating.
Lowe's is a perfect name for your company because of the LOW quality of service you provide. Ordered a dishwasher and instillation, and was refused service. Had to get a full refund. Never again will we shop here.
Very helpful staff and everything I was looking for was relatively easy to find on my own.
Your delivery service is horrid. Did not install my dryer , which I paid to have installed. Now your delivery service did not pick it up today as they were supposed to. Someone better come and get this. Never again will I set foot in your store.
