My husband and I are picking out new doors for our home. We spent some quality time with Will in the window/door section today. He was so helpful and answered every question we had. The man knows his stuff!! We were going to buy a different brand but we have decided to switch to a company that Lowes carries. This change is also going to save us some money. Many thanks to Will!! I paid for my flooring to be installed over a month ago and have had nothing but problems...communication is horrible the installers are extremely rude and turn a eight hour job into a month long project and they still don't do a proper job. Calling corporate to complain does absolutely nothing. I will NEVER shop through lowes again. I will NEVER recommend any of my friends to Lowes either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I guess some people had some bad experiences at this Lowes location in Kenosha but I and anyone else I know never had a bad experience. I always got good, friendly service. This can't be said for Menard's which has been shoddy most of the time. Happy there's an alternative in town.
I just went to my local Lowe's store looking for a Christmas tree and the first one I found happened to be the only one left so they could not sell it to me but they did locate the same tree for me at a different store. They called the store for me and connected me with the right people and all I had to do was provide my info and then went down there to pick the tree up. Customer service was phenomenal people were so nice :-) thank you thank you thank you
Terrible customer service, terrible follow through from managers, 6 weeks to get a dishwasher, yes 6 weeks. Received a 20% credit, really I’ll take 30% more and then I will be happy.
Wanted bathroom countertops.. paid 35$ to have them come out .. contract said 2 days I’d get a call .. 3 weeks later no call I called 3 times no response .. then get response set up time for guy to come out and measure and he didn’t show up ?? Done with them !! Want my 35 back and will go elsewhere
I VERY rarely go to Lowe’s, the two times I’ve gone I’ve had terrible experiences: No one is helpful, no one WANTS to help and when they HAVE to help, they aren’t pleasant to deal with. So when my mom said we HAD to go to Lowe’s to look for outdoor motion lights because our go-to store in Racine didn’t have a good in-stock selection, I was not happy ... Enter Steve. Also had a problem with delivery of Fridge. Then ice maker does not work. Their solution is to trade for another fridge. I think sending a Tech out to see if they can make the current ice maker work would suit all of our needs. Each dept. had an excuse. They refer you to another dept who will not accept the plan that the previous dept recommended. Their idea of customer service is to get you off the phone as soon as they can and simply do nothing reasonable to remedy the problem.
NEVER, NEVER, AGAIN!!! DO "NOT" HIRE THEM TO DO ANY HOME IMPROVEMENTS... Absolutely the worst experience of my life.
