RecommendedBought a storage cabinet online. When we picked it up the box was too big to fit in the vehicle. We opened the box and the employee who brought it out to us helped load the pieces into our vehicle. Unfortunately when we got home we discovered a piece was missing, most likely left in the box. We called right away but they already compacted the box. So they opened up another one they had and we were able to get the missing piece without issue.
Kitchen cabinet and countertop installation. I have been working on getting kitchen cabinets and countertops installed for a couple of months now. I finally got my cabinets installed last week. The countertop installation was supposed to happen this morning. All of the measurements were wrong, so now I've got to wait another 2 to 8 weeks for more countertops to be made. They advertise " No CONTACT" curbside pick up ......Is making me sign 3 pages on a dirty clip board with their pen , and having the staff member who is hard of hearing keep coming closer to my window ( less then a foot away) .....is that your vision of NO CONTACT?
Since the garden center gate is open, let customers USE that entrance. Don't pull this charade of saying you;re practicing 'social distancing' and then require that customers for the garden center use the MAIN ENTRANCE and walk through half the store to access the garden department. BOGUS way to try to get customers to buy more while they're at the store and actually exposing everyone to MUCH MORE RISK. Totally sleazy scam. (Kenosha, WI store)
the worst customer service. employees sitting around and won't help. literally head the opposite way from you. with the worst attitude
Not only do they have fine products and great staff, today they sent a group of volunteers and products to our Habitat for Humanity house. The crew was a pleasure to work with and they did a great job. Lowe's has been an incredible partner and does so graciously and without a lot of fanfare. Thank you Lowe's
This Lowe's store is awesome!!! Super friendly staff and they are always willing to help if they can. They are also an ongoing supporter of Habitat for Humanity of Kenosha; they truly care about the community they serve.
