Why do I subject myself to this store. They have the WORST customer service ever. When there are a total of 5 guests in your store...why you can't help a guest is beyond me. Than you Menards for stepping up and being the home improvement store I need!
After being hung up on two times, and then being on hold for over 10 minutes finally spoke to someone with such a severe stutter it was impossible to understand what he was saying. Came up to purchase flooring to redo my entire home after being told that the product I was looking for was available. Drove a half hour. Couldn't find an employee to help me to save my life. What a joke!!!! Ordering my flooring from Menards!
Worst customer service in all of retail. Been trying to order doors for over 2 months. I can not get their Millwork department to answer a call as well as one of the managers has quit returning calls. Unfortunately the only reason I continue to try is due to the fact they messed up a door order from earlier in the year so now they discount my orders. Should have went to Home Depot! Will never buy from Lowe's again.
I wish I didn't have to choose a single star because they have THE worst customer service I have ever experienced! Delivery was missing an appliance, their delivery guys were 'too tired' to drive a short distance down the road to pick up and deliver the missing appliance (which there was not an instal on) and I had to call them back multiple times to find out what was going on. Waited 30 minutes to get one blind cut. I talked with Steve from the paint department to see if anyone was around to cut them. He walked around and never said anything. Then I found the girl working in blinds who was helping another customer which I understand. She walks right past me when I'm standing in front of the blind cutting machine. Not a word until I ask her if somebody could help me. She then responds with a snarky attitude I'm the only one here that cuts blinds. I left the store without buying anything. I have been shopping at the Kenosha WI Lowe's for a number of years. I am always treated well. As a veteran I receive a 10% discount on my purchases although I would shop there even if they didn't offer it. The staff is courteous, the store is clean and I feel welcome there. Occasionally there's a misstep but I am never ignored or treated rudely.
