My husband and I were there earlier this evening, hoping to order windows for our entire house. Unfortunately, we couldn't get anyone to help us despite pressing the "help" button. After waiting in the window section for a good 20 minutes, we decided to leave. Hopefully we have better luck at another location or home improvement store.
Lousy customer service. Been on the phone for the last half hr, and got transferred to 3 random representatives, first one decided to hang up on me, second one had no clue and third takes the cake by forwarding my call to the security and the poor girl had no clue as to what I am talking about. Sorry state of affairs, total waste of my time and energy. Someone needs to take some serious action. Being a loyal lowes customer for years this is what I get. ...#mad at lowes online!
Ordered a special order entry door in April & we are still waiting for it to be installed. One headache after another & they keep telling me it's not the stores issue "installer, manufacturer". I am so done with the run around. We have been loyal customers for YEARS & are now going to start shopping at Homedepot.
