Getting the run-around trying to get my new dryer serviced under the warranty. Lowe's just referred me to the manufacturer, but the manufacturer doesn't have any service people in my area. It would help if Lowes provided the service themselves.
Don't buy Genie from Lowe's. They don't support or service it. Genie doesn't have any local support for their door openers. The nearest technician was supposed to come from Plymouth. He said he was going to have to charge me more. I agreed, but then he said this was really too far for him. Now I stuck with one non functioning door opener and one that that sucks. I used to trust lowes.
