Customer Service here is terrible, after my senior parents waited for over an hour to place a special order the associate had the nerve to yell at my parents! Management was asked for 3 times and refused. Associates need training, lots of it...absolutely no respect for the customer. There are too many out of work that would love a job, and be grateful, hire some of those folks. Greatly disappointed in your company.

Too bad the gentleman working the desk in exterior doors felt I wasn't really important enough to get up from his desk or get off his phone. When my husband came by to give him another chance at customer service, he at least chose to engage, but maintained a firm hold on both the chair and his phone. And you wonder why we shop online�

I attempted to exchange a plant that died in the past few months. Lowe's wouldn't exchange the plant which cost me less than $19.00, so I know it probably cost them $3.00. I had stopped shopping at Home Depot due to poor customer service over 15 years ago; it appears that I will be shopping at Menard's from now on. I realize that I am miniscule in relationship to the multi-trillion dollar business but I was still a customer that had spent thousands of dollars at Lowe's and was simply asking for a new plant. Bought a tree last fall. They told us if it died In a year we could get a new one and the purchase could be looked up using our credit card. Tree never bloomed. We called to ask if the tree needed to be dug up and we were told a picture would be sufficient. Took a picture and brought in the tags and they told us at customer service we needed the tree. We went home, dug up this tree and brought it in. We had all the tags on it. Upon walking up to customer service, the head cashier promptly informed us that they couldn't help ... read more

They suck, no bar codes match any items, when i finally found someone to scan my items they said " yeah i can but go to the service desk"

Phil (in the Lumber department) was VERY helpful. He had his coat and was getting ready to leave, but when I asked for his assistance he put his coat down and provide the best customer service possible. He helped us all the way through the checkout process with a smile on his face!

Went in to pick up an order that they called me about and sent email for and said was ready... they didn't have my order in the "cage" and it turns out they didn't have it at all even though i had already paid online .. when they went to grab me a replacement they were out of stock of that item so I had to figure out something else to gift at the last minute before our holiday party. Disappointed they would give my order away and not do anything to rectify the situation.

I will not shop here again. Bought a floor model washer that was in perfect condition on the floor. Well it was delivered with a huge crack in the control panel and get attitude and run around from the store when trying to get a different one. They tried to charge me more to get a non-damaged unit. Then gave me the run around with delivery. I will never shop at this Lowes again!
