I just wanted to let everybody know about the WORST experience I have EVER HAD trying to get carpet through Lowe’s in Ann Arbor on Carpenter road. We are trying to get new doors installed in our house. They have sent 2 guys out, on 2 separate occasions to measure, but then nothing. We keep calling and they say someone will call you....whatever. I guess the next step is to go to Home Depot because Lowe's evidently doesn't want our business!
Every time I go there’s always this one particular lady at customer service I believe her name is Lauren. She Always has a smile on her face and is willing to help out and if she doesn’t know the answer she goes right to the person that can answer my question. I will forever be a lowes customer
