Made a $100 in purchases today on line with my gift cards. They sent me an email the order is ready for curbside pick up. Pulled up and 1 worker told me to stay where I was and im next. 20 minutes later I went in and another guy told me their busy just pull ahead near the door and they will get to me. About 25 minutes later I went in again and they told me they could not find the order, and one of the customer service people said she would pull the order and bring it out. Shout out to Lowes delivery, 2 fellas just dropped off a new dishwasher at 10:30pm. These guys have been working since 7 this morning and were 2 hrs late due to getting stuck at a previous location and needing to get towed out. have to be back at 7 tomorrow morning. My hat is off to those guys!
If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. We're 5 months and $4k in deep on a door install and have never had a worse home improvement or customer service experience. The striking lack of communication, project coordination, professionalism, empathy and accountability for everything that has gone wrong is unbelievable. We've taken multiple days off to be available for a delivery that never happened when promised. To top it off, one of our doors arrived damaged in multiple places and had to be reordered.
