I am a Veteran. Drove 70 miles from residence to store, found items, went to cashier, presented DL w/Veterans designation only to be told by the cashier that she couldn't apply the discount because management (Scott Cressman) changed the policy...Wasn't that way in December. Way to go Scott. Appreciate 'your' support of the Military at 'your' store. NEVER had issues in DFW before moving to small town AR...People were great, but this review will impact SCOTT as the manager...
We do a lot of business at Lowe's good quality products and people always willing to assist us with our needs. '
I think it is great they have workshops for the kids! And always have your building needs!!
Pretty good store. Only a few workers there know where anything is located. But the few who do are right on the money! �
