Curbside pickup wasn't functioning, yet staff didn't tell anyone because they have "no control over it." They are pretty confused as to what social distancing as when i asked one employee to give me 6 feet, she stopped within 6 feet to let me know that she was just passing through. If i end up with covid, i know the most likely place i got it from. And they wondered why they had so many dissatisfied customers today.
placed online order got an email telling us it was ready for pick up. got down there to pick it up it wasn't ready told us it would be awhile and we'd be better off going in and getting it ourselves. was a waste of time went across town to Davis lumber had it loaded in about 10 min.
Friendly and helpful staff. Found lots of options.
Charlotte in appliances is AMAZING ...like everyone we had a bad experience at Home Depot and then called Charlotte and we had what we needed in less than 15 minutes. #lowescustomerforlife
I love Lowe’s in Texarkana
I would never recommend this store. We had over a thousand dollars worth the tools in our cart and had a question for the manager Charlie and he said he was not conning over there. Then we asked to speak to Scott and he was the rudest person ever. GO TO HOME DEPOT !!!!!! They are useless at Lowe’s

i always comparison shop and Lowes is consistently lower than a competitor. I heard the Lowes in Texarkana is closing... what a disappointment
My wife and me was in line to check out at the Lowe's in Texarkana Tx. Store today , my wonderful cashier Debra at the service desk did a professional job waiting on me and my wife until a woman came up that I take was a manager of some what, and started talking to her about what she had done wrong earlier that morning in front of my wife and me.
