We were there to get a fridge yesterday. Greg in appliances was great and helped us find one.
I have good experiences at Lowes, I don't use a lot of the services, carpet, flooring to judge that part, but otherwise I usually have no problem finding someone to help me find the right aisle, no more than anywhere else.
This store is full of rude people, customers and associates alike. Took 20 minutes to check out. The lay out of the contractor area is always cluttered and not conducive to moving large lumber. Carts are worn out and hardly ever available.
Typically have a hard time finding help. Needed help with countertops but salesman helping a couple measure microwaves for over 30 minutes. Lady in window coverings declared they didnt carry what wanted until i showed it to her. I will try home depot.
