Just shopped garden center, employees lazy and unfriendly! Mt pleasant is sooo much better!
Worst customer service ever!! And employees need to learn how to mute or put a call on hold before they start talking to other employees about the mad customer� on the phone. I knew better than to think they would actually take care of business for once but when a mgr basically calls you a liar when you are holding the work order in your hand, shame on y’all
Do not buy a hot water heater from Lowe's!!! They will not uphold the warranty even if you only bought it a month ago and it quits working. My mother-in-law has going around and around with them for 2 days. They told her once you put it in your house and hook it up, it becomes her problem not theirs. And yes she's called everybody that there is to call and raised cane in the store, only to be told it is their problem. She is taking care of my handicapped father-in-law and now has no hot water in the house, yet they don't car... read more
Not happy at all with their Appliance Department, Delivery Dept or Management. I received the run around and was lied to several times. I will not be buying any more appliances from this store.
Cheers to Lontonio in the carpet department! After being told for the second time in two weeks that they couldn't find my carpet in the store when it was supposed to be there, Lontonio went out of his way to find my alternate choice and get it cut for me. Thanks for saving the day!
I’ve been going there for years and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Better garden section, more wood to choose from and the people in the paint department are nice and helpful. The only time I go to Home Depot is when lowes is sold out and I want them to price match and the last time I did that the woman at home depot gave me a hard time about it as she was standing under a big sign that said they will price match. Lowes has more DEWALT, Porter Cable and Milwaukee power tools ( American made) when the other place pushes... read more
We’ve bought several pieces over the last year and have all been good experiences and quality product. Just recently, we purchased a dishwasher & used their delivery service. Christopher, the delivery guy was so nice, professional, & courteous.
