RecommendedI recommend the store and the pro service desk. but their customer service is always slow and if anyone needs a restroom to go elsewhere because everytime I come in to this specific store their customer restrooms are always nasty, unsanitary and always either out of paper towels or soap.... as we are in the middle of a pandemic you would think the management would keep a better eye on their restrooms. I hope when they read this they will go see what their customers see.

I am posting this here, because it was your assistant manager mentioned in this post We’re in the middle of building a $10,000 outdoor kitchen. Almost all building materials came from Lowe’s. I ordered a $4,000 Weber grill center to install in it from Lowe’s online on August 8th. It finally arrived August 21st. It arrived damaged. One leg was broken completely off and one door was bent and would not shut. We refused the grill. We called Lowe’s 800 number. They said we would have to wait for the “vendor” to get the grill back... read more

have somebody that knows what they're doing quit taking internet orders if they're not going to feel them and take your money
2 hrs on phone and still no one answered any dept.. no clue yet if my washer has made it in today
I have been going to lowes texarkana for years bought windows and had them installed fridges washed you name it ,but lately it's hard to find someone that can help and today we just walked out after an hour asking for help
Today, Sunday, April 26, 2020, I was in your store mid morning. I want to compliment your employee by the name of Chris, an older gentleman, for a job well done. Chris was very helpful to me finding the items I needed in different departments and all with a smile. I was very impressed with his generosity of wanting to help and I feel Management needs to know what a great employee he is. Thank you once again for your help Chris. It was very much appreciated!
