I think I have never been to a lowes that every single person who works here is extremely rude and unhelpful. I am a pro customer and I spend a lot of money here, they are always very rude and they treat me like they are giving me away free stuff which they are not. Worst experience and customer service. Bought lights and it took 3 people to finish the purchase and they said they would pull and have ready for me to pickup. After calling and being told they were ready I show up and nope they have not pulled anything and don't know where the two light/fans are that were purchased online. They say it is a pull for pickup. Tried to contact the appliance dept- 1st Call, on hold, transferred 3 times by operator, line goes to busy. 2nd call, transfers back to operator 8 times even after asking for and being transferred to mgmt. hung up after 10 minutes of NO LUCK! Very Sad!
Could not find any one to help me wanted 15 minutes in the lawnmower area
We purchased the materials for my sons Eagle Scout Project. They were very helpful with locating all the materials needed. Also provided a very generous discount on the lumber.
HOME DEPOT from now on for me. I've spent $1,000's in the last 2 months at Lowes, and honestly, I like the products much better than HD. However, the customer service is so bad, that I can no longer be a customer. It's TERRIBLE! Over and over again. So, I'll drive further, and buy products that I like less. Such a sad thing for a company to continue in this fashion.
