The ONLY check out stand open was the self check out. It was chaotic and frustrating. The employee helping the customers at the self check out was running around like crazy trying to help everybody. The self check out is not convenient at all when you are purchasing large items like people tend to do at a home improvement store. I spent more time waiting at the the check out than I did selecting my products.

I've always been a big fan of Lowes and for years this was my go to location. Several years ago I moved and now live down the street from a Home Depot, so it's been a couple of years since I've been to this location. Today I went back to buy a $700 Weber grill. Knew what I wanted, didn't need to ask any questions, just needed to give them my $700. 2 trips and nearly 2 hours later, no grill. Not a single employee willing to help me with my purchase. I bought a grill this week at this store. Horrible experience at the customer service desk in the front . Long wait time, Rude staff, waited for a long time at the desk to talk to the staff. Then took a long time for them to bring the assembled grill from back ..they said some one will help to load the grill..but no one came to help. Worst of all the grills ignition was not working when we we wanted to use this at home. Lowes asked me to bring the grill back or bring the ignition panel back..I called a local handyman to help... read more

I would not use this store ever again - sold me a washer - with a long wait on delivery and guess what - they call me the night before the delivery and tell me they do not have the washer - they will give me a loaner - not sure if they will ever get the washer in - called corporate - they tell me that the other local stores have it in stock - you would think that would be the first thing that they would do is to check and grab one - I have other issues with their customer service telling me one thing and then doing something... read more

I don't usually post negativity, but it seems to be the best way to get attention from a business. Sad that customer service is not valued. Hubby and I were at Lowe's Blanco/1604 trying to place our Trex order. It was our 3rd trip there. Got there at 11:40 and was told the "pro" was at lunch so we came back an hour and a half later. Still at lunch and not a single associate nor the manager was "professional." They all acted inconvenienced when we asked for the Trex service pro. This Lowes has no customer service. Went to purchase an set of lawn chairs with a table which was on sale. After 3 hours and asking for the store manager (which never showed up), I finally got someone to locate the item. I will never ho back to Lowes at 1604 and Blanco.
