The customer service is horrible! We ordered a dishwasher that was in stock for same day pickup. We get to the store to pick up the dishwasher but have to wait for more than an hour because no one knew if the item was in stock!!!! And the guy that was helping us, Zack, went to lunch and didn't say anything!! Why is the pickup line and return line that same, poor planning!! Staff always helpful, stock is good quality, and there are many local stores. We love the veteran’s discount!
We've been going to Home Depot and Lowe's for some projects at home. The difference in social distancing practices of the two stores is big. About a third of HD employees were not wearing masks while all of Lowe's employees were wearing masks. About half or more of HD customers did not wear masks. Almost all Lowe's customers wore masks. We're going to Lowe's as much as possible now. We'd rather be safe than sorry.
Do not shop at Lowe's for pickup. You will go to pickup and they will never come out with order, Never answer phone and lines forever at customer service.
Today, Thursday March 27, I wanted to buy an open box Samsung washer and dryer. I have been looking at it for the past three weeks. The female employee told me that if I purchased it I had to take it myself now, like immediately. She stated that it had to be removed once you purchased it. When I questioned why it could not be delivered, the answer was it was an open box and they would not accept liability for any dings, dents, or scratches. Was finally able to get through to your store, was supposedly transferred to a manager who then told me he was transferring me to appliances and put me on hold. After 4 minutes the call dropped. This is how you treat your customers? You don't follow up on refunds and warranty that you promise customers for which YOU made an error with inventory? You sold my fridge to someone else that I already paid for, told me you would call me back, told me I would receive a 20% discount on the floor model that I had to take in order to h... read more
