Horrible store and customer service. Paid my credit bill by cash which disappeared!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. What’s new? You can’t get good customer service in store and outside the store at any Lowe’s. We ordered a number of 12 for a certain product that showed online it was available.. paid for delivery and the product. Looked for a water softener online. Found that this location had one in stock. Placed the order which went though. Got a call an hour later to let me know that they can’t find the item so they’re going to cancel it. I called up and waited 20 mins to talk to the lady who left me a message. She said she looked with her manager and couldn’t find it. I asked if there were any comparable models so I can get that instead of having it canceled and she said she would check. I’ve been here for 30 min waiting for help. Employees won’t even look your way in feet that they would have to do some work. They have paged somebody 3 times. If it wasn’t for me needing a specific item I would leave. The manager should be embarrassed that his or her staff is this bad. They need training.
