While I was doing the self checkout at Lowe’s the attendant came over (didn't say a word to me. Not a hello, how are you.. absolutely nothing) and started searching my bags and I asked her if there was an issue and she stated “that she was just making sure I had the correct items.” Like as if I was scanning something different than what I was putting my bag. Lowes no-showed yesterday. I took half a day off from work and they no showed on my delivery. They're here now but they only sent one guy. The guy can't hold the dryer and manipulate the coil so the unit slides all the way in. They're sending another guy. I'll be late to work today. Get your crap together Lowes! Teach your managers how to create a delivery schedule based on realistic expectations! Oh let's not forget, Lowes is charging me for this horrible delivery service.
