My vehicle was vandalized while i was there. Asked for a manager to see if they would work with the police to help catch the individuals responsible. Was met with resistance and told they could not help me. Was told to call customer service. After 1 hour on the phone and filing a complaint was told that if I called the police they would assist. Worst experience by far!!! I saw a rat at the store, so I told a guy that worked there and all the guy told me was "I can't do much about that" reallly??!!!! And then they had homeless people inside asking for money. To end it, the cashier tells mike that the wood we bought doesn't have a price, so he tells mike to go back where we found it and take a pic of the price! Aren't they supposed to go or call someone from that section?? never again!

Great place but application is totally LOST, spent 35 minutes for windshield washer and nobody help, application shows garden area but there is nothing there
Having house remodeled. Went and placed a big order of supplies. And a nice stove paid over 5 thousand dollars for all our needs. We were able to pick up items as needed. We had kitchen cabinets put in and went to get stove and they sold it to someone else. We were very upset with Lowe's after we paid for it plus warranty. How can you hold items for a customer that is paid for and do that to them. We got our money back and had to go elsewhere to purchase a stove.
My 83 year old father drives over there looking for mulch that is on sale. No shopping carts to be found. He goes to the store manager who does NOTHING to assist. Would it be to much to ask for someone to get him a cart? All he wanted was mulch. I know my 84 year old mom is sitting in the car waiting on him and he comes back all upset. SUCH A SHAME. . Guess lowes on university and pines does NOT need the consumer.
Worst experience ever! Received the wrong size of doors. That I've been waiting for 3 weeks! I go back to return, can't get he doors for another 3 weeks. I have a family reunion next week in my home! I can't wait! They return my money that I don't get till 3-5 days. Told them I can get the doors sooner in Home Depot. Told me to go there then! What kind of customer service is that! Never again will I shop at Lowes!
